Government Rate:

To secure the Government per diem rate of $179 USD/night please call the hotel to book your reservation with a representative.

Offsite Event Guest Registration

Cocktail and Dinner Reception on Feb 12th is included in the conference registration for all conference attendees. Attendees wishing to bring a guest with them to this offsite event must purchase an event guest ticket for $99 USD. Please register your guest early, to help us better determine the food quantities and capacities. Tickets can be purchased here

Event Photography and Video Recording

Please be aware that by registering for Cority Connect 2020 and associated events such as the Dinner & Cocktail Reception at the Country Music Hall of Fame, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded.

Your registration constitutes as your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording, in any and all media of your appearance and voice, for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation.

You release Cority Inc. from any liability whatsoever of any nature.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled by 6:00PM (local time) 72 hours prior to arrival, or a 1 night plus taxes penalty will be charged by the hotel.
